This year’s Golden Gate Court of Chevaliers Observance will be held on our usual traditional observance date of November 8th, which this year falls on a Sunday.  We are planning to hold this at our usual gathering place in the lower level banquet hall of the San Francisco Scottish Rite Temple.  As our date falls on a Sunday we will gather from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm for an early dinner.  I am shooting for a cost of approximately $20 per person for a catered dinner.  I will finalize that cost in a future email which I will send out around October 1st. This year we will be doing something a little different, we will be combining our observance with the observance of the Golden Gate Priory of the Legion of Honor of DeMolay.  The reason for this is that the Priory did not have their usual March observance and so they are combining with us to fulfil their obligation, which should make for an excellent mixing of the two organizations for this year and an opportunity to meet people involved in DeMolay that you may not already know. As we have done in past years, spouses/significant others are welcome to join us.  Also, as we have done in the past we will offer the opportunity for our members dispersed around the globe to join us for part of this observance via Zoom. If know of any local Chevaliers or Legionnaires that I my not now about, please forward their information to me, so that I can add them to our listing.  Please also let me know if they are a Chevalier or Legionnaire, so that I can keep the lists separated.  Thank you!
