DeMolay, Jobs and Rainbow of any Division and era are invited to attend. COST: $20.00 per person to cover event costs (insurance, donation to Shrine for use of facility, etc.) and to build in a modest donation (per attendee) to be made to the DeMolay Foundation of California Scholarship Fund (dedicated donation). RSVPs due by mid-September to Charlie Wilson -530 320-1307 FACILITY DESCRIPTION and ACTIVITIES: This is a “rain or shine” event! The Ben Ali property has covered/shaded outdoor seating that will be great for a good-weather event. If there is inclement weather, we will use the main banquet facility for the event. Memorabilia tables will be set up indoors regardless of weather and attendees are encouraged to bring items to share for viewing. Water will be provided to all. Tables and Chairs will be provided. No food will be served as part of the attendance fee, BUT, we will have one or more Food Trucks on site so food may be purchased. Attendees may bring their own food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages). There will be audio systems set up for general announcements and background music. Also, we have arranged for video to be set up for those SF 49er fans who do not want to miss the 1:25 game against the Denver Broncos. There will be no formal program, but if someone has the energy/wherewithal to prepare a video presentation, we have the equipment to accommodate such. We are still fleshing out details, but we have a rather simple plan that will be modest in cost AND hopefully raise funds for the DeMolay Foundation.
